Constructive US has created a baseline schedule for this project which included architectural and electrical repair work for the public-school building ceiling, consisting of replacement of ceiling tiles, removal of existing lighting fixtures, relocation of electrical devices. The schedule had all necessary precautions regarding the closure of classrooms and/or cafeterias which have to be coordinated with the schools to prevent any disruption for the school activities.
