Constructive US created a baseline schedule for the Crosby Lynchburg project which included the reconstruction of 2 lane road from Magnolia Drive to Loch Ness Drive. Constructive US ensured to include all scope of work and the phasing plan for the reconstruction work as well as including the traffic control plan for the road which plays an important role in order to decrease any road disruptions. Constructive US has now been working on the schedule updates for more than 12 months with all the required recovery and what-if scenarios to make sure the schedule is completed on time and within budget.
