This project’s scope of work included the installation of 5,800 feet of watermain, gate valves, and fire hydrants. Constructive US was able to create a detailed baseline schedule for this project covering all scope of work; including the utility relocation as per the specifications, and matching the specifications’ special requirements. Constructive US constructed the baseline to include high level of details (roads and stations for each of the Upper and Lower Pressure Zones) so the project can be monitored closely.
