A TxDOT Project to construct and widen highway 242 including and not limited to retaining walls, concrete repairs, curbs, signage and railing. Constructive US created a baseline schedule (and has been working on updates) for this project which required a well-constructed sequence of work to finish on time while maintaining the traffic control plan. Constructive has included all delays the contractor has suffered.
