Constructive US has worked on delay analysis for the P.S.115 – MANHATTAN project where Constructive chose the as-planned versus as-built method since the project was in the closeout phase due to the long suspension period and low productivity during the COVID-19 period so the contractor can be compensated for time/cost as per his contractual rights to complete the closeout phase without any complications or delay damages.
